BENEFITS OF BEE POLLEN

Pollen, the Superfood of the Hive.

Bee pollen is one of the most nutritious natural foods, renowned for its unique composition and numerous health benefits. It is especially celebrated for the mineral components and vitamins it contains. In fact, it comprises over 250 bioactive ingredients, including proteins, amino acids, carbohydrates, free fatty acids, vitamins (A, B-complex, C, D, E), and minerals (iron, magnesium, zinc, selenium). Compared to other protein-rich foods, bee pollen has a higher protein content. Thanks to its high protein levels, it boosts energy and promotes physical endurance. It is also valued for its rich iron content, which is 7.5 times higher than that found in beef. The enzymes in pollen improve digestive function, aiding the proper absorption of nutrients. It enhances brain function and strengthens memory. Research shows that consuming pollen reduces LDL (“bad”) cholesterol levels, thereby protecting cardiovascular health. Experimental data have demonstrated that pollen and its extracts yield excellent results in combating acne.

Respiratory allergies experienced by many individuals should not be associated with the consumption of pollen, as such cases are extremely rare. Allergies caused by inhaling various airborne particles, rather than pollen grains, have a very different origin.

USAGE INSTRUCTIONS

Pollen can be consumed daily, starting with a small amount (about a level teaspoon) until your stomach adjusts. Gradually, on a weekly basis, the dosage can be increased up to a full tablespoon. It is recommended to consume the pollen each morning before breakfast (15–30 minutes prior to eating), either on its own, dissolved in fresh juice, or mixed with honey. For maximum benefits, the best method is to chew it slowly, allowing it to mix with saliva.

Duration of Use:

If no allergies or side effects are observed, pollen can be consumed continuously.

PRODUCT EXPIRATION DATE

Pollen remains unchanged when stored in the freezer for up to one year after its production date. The proper storage method is to keep it frozen at –5°C, from which it is consumed directly since it does not crystallize.
