M.F. Oros Maxaira Ltd advances sustainability with guidance from a leading expert and EU support

M.F. Oros Maxaira Ltd has completed a company-wide sustainability review, strengthening how we manage our environmental and social impact.

Guided by the expert support of Mr Dimitris Tsiropoulos from the University of Limassol, our company undertook a structured sustainability transition that assessed and reduced our environmental impact, operational processes and company culture. Through a collaborative approach, we thoroughly reviewed and improved key aspects such as energy efficiency, waste management, green procurement, staff training, responsible production and consumption, and the integration of sustainability goals across our daily operations. Our collective efforts have solidified a strong foundation for continued advancement in line with the latest sustainability standards.

This journey, made possible through the support of the EU co-funded I-STARS Project, has equipped our team with the knowledge, structure and motivation to contribute positively to both our community and the environment. We are proud to be setting a standard for sustainable business practices within our sector.
