Chocolate pudding a la healthy
- Heat the milk in a small saucepan with the salt, the cocoa powder and the honey.
- At the same time, in a small bowl mix the milk with the cornstarch until it is well dissolved.
- When the milk is hot, add the mixture of milk and cornstarch and let it boil. When it begins to boil, stir for 2 minutes. Simmer for another 1 minute and remove from the heat.
- Add the vanilla and stir.
- Place the mixture into 4 bowls and put them in the refrigerator. This makes the mixture thick. Leave in the refrigerator for a few hours or until the next day for a better result.
- Add almonds after cutting them in half and sprinkle with cinnamon
- ½ cup milk – low-fat or plant-based + 3 tbsp cornstarch
