Salmon with honey and ginger
- Preheat the oven to 180ºC.
- Mix the honey, the soy sauce, the garlic and the fresh ginger and sauté in a non-stick pan over medium heat for 2 minutes. Let the mixture cool to room temperature.
- Place the fillets in a glass or ceramic baking dish and brush the mixture over the fillets, then leave it for 10’.
- 1 clove of garlic, finely chopped
- 1 piece of fresh ginger, thinly sliced
- ¼ cup soy sauce – reduced sodium
