A few words about beef…

Beef is a source of vitamin B12, niacin, vitamin B6, selenium and zinc. It is a rich source of protein, as 100 g of meat contains 27 g of protein. Protein has multiple roles in the human body, as it is a building block for muscles, cartilage, blood and skin. It contributes to the maintenance and repair of the tissues and cells in our body. Nevertheless, within the framework of a healthy diet plan, beef should be chosen less often as it contains saturated fats, which are associated with heart disease.
